Lucy O’Donoghue is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals —whether they’re just starting out, scaling up, or already established. Since founding her consultancy in 2012, she has partnered with clients from a wide range of sectors, offering tailored support in business development, strategic planning, marketing, public relations, communications, project management, and social media.

With a proven track record mentoring entrepreneurs, SMEs, and organisations in the public, private  and education sectors, she brings a hands-on approach to every project. Her focus is always on delivering practical, results-driven strategies that make a real difference.

Experience You Can Trust

Lucy has held senior roles with Cork Chamber, University College Cork (UCC), and the European Information Centre, and worked as the Co-ordinator for UCC’s IGNITE Programme for start-ups. These experiences shaped her ability to deliver innovative solutions while building meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.

In addition to running her consultancy, she managed the Exxcel Programme at the Rubicon Centre, mentoring over 30 female entrepreneurs with STEM-focused business ideas. She also facilitated female entrepreneur mentoring programmes for South Cork Local Enterprise Office and regularly provides advice and support through Business Advice Clinics, organised by Local Enterprise Offices.

As an approved mentor with Local Enterprise Offices across Munster and the SFA Mentors Work Programme, she is proud to support businesses with practical guidance, fresh perspectives, and proven strategies.

She was honoured to receive recognition for her work, including being nominated for the Network Ireland Networker of the Year Award in May 2023.
